From a humble beginning of developing 10
shops at a prime location in Tasik ( along Jalan Kuala Kangsar) and
31 residential homes at Halaman Ampang Indah ( adjacent to Taman
Ipoh Jaya ), Total investment Sdn Bhd's growth began
with the launch of its flagship project of Bandar Baru Tambun acquired a major proposed housing scheme which it
named Bandar Baru Tambun in 1995. The success of this project signaled
the rapid expansion of the company. In 2002, its office
was relocated from a shop office in Jalan Ali Pitchay to its current stand alone
office building in Jln Lasam, Greentown, and is a testimony of the growth
it achieved within a short span of 7 years.
Today, the TOTAL INVESTMENT GROUP comprises of the following companies:-
a) Total Investment Sdn Bhd (
developer of Bandar Baru Tambun, Taman Ipoh Indah and
Project Manager of Taman Perpaduan Koperasi )
b) Kay Synergy Sdn Bhd (
developer of Bandar Pulai Jaya )
c) Radiant Homes Sdn Bhd
d) Malim Bakti Sdn Bhd
and has four active projects in various parts of Ipoh. The new self
contained township
of Bandar Baru Pengkalan is set to further enhance the group as a
premium developer in Ipoh and is expected to launch in the near
future.
To further reinforce the company's business philosophy and branding,
it had adopted the brand "TI HOMES" with the tag line "The
lifestyle homes" to reflect the strategic direction towards which
the Group desires to satisfy the needs of the customers .
