The land owners are the three coperative societies  of Koperasi  Polis Diraja Malaysia Bhd; Koperasi Perumahan Melayu Kinta Bhd and Koperasi Guru-guru Melayu Perak Bhd  while Energiser Properties Sdn Bhd is the developer. 

Total investment undertakes the development of phase 3 of this 128-acre development project.

Under phase 3, there will be 171 units of 20ft by 65 ft terrace houses,  170 units of 20ft by 75ft terrace houses , 9 units of 20ft by 95ft terrace houses and 21 units of shops.

Currently, sale is only opened to the members of the 3 Koperasi
